CHAKRAS
Chakras are energy centres which lie down the centre of the
body and life force energy enters through these chakras keeping
them open, balanced and cleansed. Each one has its own colour
and qualities. Sometime these chakras can become restricted.
Colour energy can help to restore and maintain the natural flow
of energy and bring healing to mind, body and spirit.

HOW
THEY ARE PRODUCED
They are lovingly prepared using the highest quality ingredients.
Pure mineral water is first solarised and prepared around the
full moon and then energised with colour using coloured filters.
Brandy (50%) is added to preserve it. Each amber glass bottle
contains 20 ml of essence. There are 10 essences altogether
and they are available individually or as a set of ten.

USAGE
The essences are generally very safe to use by anyone of all
ages and they do not have any side effects. Please seek further
advice from a Cosmic Rainbows Practitioner or Tutor for correct
usage. Seek advice if you are pregnant.

STORAGE
They are best stored away from excessive heat, light, noise
and magnetism. Ensure cap is tightly closed after use. Keep
away from children as they contain alcohol.

DIRECTIONS
FOR USE
These essences are best taken before or between meals and not
after 6.00 pm.
Follow the directions as stated on the bottle or as advised
by a Cosmic Rainbows Practitioner.
- pour
2 drops on your tongue, 3 times a day or as required
- if you
are using more than 1 essence, add 2 drops of each to a small
glass of mineral water and sip at intervals throughout the
day
- apply
2 drops, of the corresponding colour, on your chakra area
3 times a day
- pour
10 drops in the bath water
- pour
20 drops into a spray bottle, add water and spray in room
- pour
a few drops into the palm of your hand and sweep through your
aura
- put a
drop on each of your pulse points
- use together
with the Rainbow Chakra Cards, visualising the colour entering
the chakra and repeating the affirmation
